The sale of my house got delayed by some unforeseen circumstances relating to the co-owner. Eena waited patiently for a few months while things got straightened out. Once we were able to give her the go-ahead, she had a buyer within a day or two. She helped us through the whole process and made sure we were comfortable through every step. She even helped out when we found out that the co-owner left a lot of things behind that needed to be removed.

I felt like Michele was a best friend. She was constantly in touch with the buyer's realtor. I didn't quite understand when the buyers were given permission to go to the house before closing date because "The Tuttles won't be there anyway." I furnished all the pictures for the listing. The house was very special to us and I showed it to its best quality. This sale was quite hard on us,,,,,,,,,,having never gone through a real estate sale in our life time.
