Monica is outstanding! She helped me through a recent transition from southeast Iowa to the Ankeny area. On the selling side, I choose to use Monica versus local realtors for her marketing and presentation skills to sell my executive property, which was a tough sell in the area. The sale of my house got delayed by some unforeseen circumstances relating to the co-owner. Eena waited patiently for a few months while things got straightened out. Once we were able to give her the go-ahead, she had a buyer within a day or two. She helped us through the whole process and made sure we were comfortable through every step. She even helped out when we found out that the co-owner left a lot of things behind that needed to be removed.
