Monica is outstanding! She helped me through a recent transition from southeast Iowa to the Ankeny area. I choose Monica to buy in Ankeny for her knowledge and network to gain me access to premier properties that are highly sought after. I ended up buying a house in a cul-de-sac with a larger yard and quiet street. On the selling side, I choose to use Monica versus local realtors for her marketing and presentation skills to sell my executive property, which was a tough sell in the area.
