Since we are not from the area, we reached out to three different people for recommendations for a real estate agent. All three highly recommended Michelle, and after working with her, we completely understand why. She took what could have been a very stressful experience and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We encountered some difficult title issues along the way, but Michelle knew exactly how to navigate them and worked through each challenge while making the process look easy. Her communication, professionalism, and knowledge were outstanding from beginning to end. Michelle went above and beyond to get a title issue sorted out with the house, and worked tirelessly to make closing happen. She kept me well informed of the issues, and has resolved the issue that should have been resolved years ago to make sure it’ll never be an issue in the future.
