She not only advised us to up our price for quite more than we expected, but it sold in 5 days, to 2nd showing and for asking price. Michele was very knowledgeable and when she was unsure was very quick to find the answers we needed. As a first-time home buyer I felt lost and terrified, Michelle so calmly helped me through every step, answering every question (even when I asked 12 times the same question).
