We tried to sell our home by owner, didn't work. Contacted Erin (we meet him on a viewing of our home) Brought him in. Best thing we did for the sale of this home. He is very friendly and knows what it takes to sell a home. We made changes he suggested, was in constant contact with us, if we had a question at any time he was there to answer for us. Very professional and is there for the customer. If we ever need services again we WILL use him. Thanks Again.

We could not have asked for a better agent. He was very attentive to our needs, but he also cared about the buyers needs, but he for sure made sure as a client we were taken care of. He worked very hard and very diligently. I was so amazed by how quickly our house sold and how knowledgeable he was with the market and being able to get above asking. I would recommend him to others over and over.
