This property was also a multi-family, with multiple current tenants and a property manager involved; he did a great job owning communication between everyone and the buyer's realtor, including at times when the current tenants weren't so happy the property was being shown/sold, so we didn't have to step in. Even when a few curveballs came our way, he was proactive about pushing back or gathering the right information to ensure we were well taken care of. Overall, if you work with Chris and his team, you can feel confident they’ll look out for your best interests and watch out for you every step of the way.

Selling our house in west Drake, we had two priorities. The first was to skip the real estate drama. The second was to have the house go to a buyer who would enjoy the neighborhood. Jeff and partner Jodi did both. They helped price the house fairly and kept the process moving with solid, same day communication. We closed as scheduled, no drama. And they worked with the buyer's agent to ensure a happy start for the new owners.

We've seen a lot of homes on the market for longer than I would expect. I don't know what makes Jeff better than other realtors, but he moved our house in the timeframe we expected and at a price higher than expected.
