Marie was AMAZING! I really can't say enough great things about her. Realtors I have used in the past have just sent paperwork to us for us to figure out on our own, e-sign, and only see them at showings. Marie was the first realtor to actually sit down with us and walk us through all of the buying and selling paper work, which we really appreciated! She was insanely professional, supportive and explained everything very throughly! If she didn't know the answer she always had someone she could ask and would have the answer back to you very quickly! She is very knowledgable about many areas around the Des Moines area and the small towns on the outskirts. With some realtors we have worked with, we have felt like they have been pushy and just want a sale and don't really care about where you land or in what kind of house. With Marie, she truly cared and we never felt like she was pushing for the sale. She truly cares about her clients and the home they are looking for! This was a breath of fresh air! SHE is a breath of fresh air in this process that is typically very stressful!
