Kayleigh's positve attitude, versatility, and her enthusiasm for her career, resulted in an overwhelming desire to help me sell my home. These were the leading factors for me in considering her in the 1st place. Once we met, I quickly saw how her communication served her well. She was very professional and went above and beyond several times. Per my request, she displayed small, professional signage inside my home instructing prospective buyers on the operation of a tricky door lock. Another one suggested removing shoes at doorway or to wear plastic shoe covers when conditions outside made for wet & messy shoes. Her knowledge of the profession in an assortment of aspects was clearly visible time after time within the sales process. I was completely prepared at closing due to Kayleigh's guidance and it closed smoothly without any surprises. I was really happy with the title company she chose also. Kayleigh does not possess "greedy/negative" characteristics that I have dealt with in "big name" realtors. She is humble and not self-absorbed.
