Wasn't sure what to expect with selling the house but overall I feel like all our needs were met and at the end of the process our house was sold at a fair price. Had a great knowledge of the area and what to expect on price of the house. We settled a little lower then we wanted but was wanting to sell it quickly so the price we got was more than fair.
