Real estate teams in IN, 47448

Phil and his team were great to work with from start to finish!

Phil and his team were very diligent in getting the property listed and doing many showings until the property was sold, communicating at every step and offering the benefit of their experience along the way. Great to work with.

We worked with Phil Shively’s team in Brown County Indiana to sell my parent-in-laws’ home. The Shively team were great communicators and offered us advice at every step along the process. They team made the difficult task of selling real estate from afar (we are in Colorado) quite painless. We are super pleased with the final sales price, and all aspects of our relationship with Phil’s team. In two instances the team went above and beyond normal real estate agent duties. First, Jane delivered a pizza and some groceries to my brother-in-law who was stranded at the house. Second, Shaely and Phil forwarded to Colorado a FedEx envelope that had been delivered to the house after the sale. They were so available, helpful and went way above the call of duty. They had our backs throughout and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Brown County.

Knowledgeable and able Katherine and Donna exemplify rural real estate. Helpful and quick to respond in a timely manner.

Great service Donna rocksWould highly recommend

Kathryn and Donna were fantastic! Quick sale. Great communication. Smoothest real estate transaction we’ve ever had. Thank you!

Full disclosure we’ve known Deb for many years. That said she was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and professional. I always felt like we were the priority for her even when I can imagine how busy she really is. She offered insight and feedback and was not afraid to tell us things we may not necessarily want to hear. Although I haven’t had a lot of experience with realtors Deb will be my first call in the future. I cannot recommend her enough.

Deb and Dave were both so supportive through the entire process of selling the house. They made it as easy for us as possible while being upfront and honest about expectations.

They suggested a good listing price that ultimately led to a bidding war. I received a lot more offers that resulted in a sale price that was higher than listed.
