He assisted us with hiring a lawn service, landscapers, and eventually roofers. He spent a lot of extra time and footwork to help us with a warranty issue due to the original roofing material. The interest rates increased rapidly during our selling process, but Brad encouraged us to hang in there and we eventually received an acceptable offer.
