Brad went above and beyond to help us sell our parents home, as we live out of town.

We live out out town and were tasked with the decision to sell our parents home. Brad was able to guide us through the process from the beginning to the end. He assisted us with hiring a lawn service, landscapers, and eventually roofers. He spent a lot of extra time and footwork to help us with a warranty issue due to the original roofing material. The interest rates increased rapidly during our selling process, but Brad encouraged us to hang in there and we eventually received an acceptable offer. We were able to close the sale of the home remotely and smoothly. We appreciate Brad’s guidance, knowledge, communicatiion, and professionalism. He definitely went above and beyond due to our circumstances of living out of town. We highly recommend Brad to meet your realtor needs and expectations.
