My first impression of Norma was great, my wife and I had set up an appointment to view the house (we bought!), and she stepped back and let us wander as we wished. Norma also sent several other properties that may have been of interest while my wife and I were talking about the house and its pros and cons. She was very quick to answer any questions I had regarding home buying, both from the realty and financial perspectives. The overall experience was very positive, and I wouldnt have changed anything about my process.

Stephannie was/is very personable yet professional. She is willing to go the extra mile and very honest. She would pick us up and take us to see houses because she knew we did not have transportation. She would always return calls promptly when I left messages and answer texts.
