Dave actually found us this home while my husband worked for Gm in Fort Wayne. The house was great, in our price range...and when my husband retired in June... we looked Dave back up to sell it so my husband could come back to Wisconsin. Dave is friendly, outgoing and knows the market very well!!!! He kept us posted from day one til we sold it on the foot traffic going through our house. He sold it pretty quick too.
