I recently had the pleasure of working with David as I purchased my new home in the Ft Wayne area. Despite beginning my search from over 1100 miles away, the effort and attention to detail displayed by Mr. Peare provided for a smooth process. Prior to my arrival in Ft Wayne to begin our search, David provided my wife and I with detailed information and pictures of prospective properties which matched the criteria set by us. Never "pushy," Dave spent countless house and drove us across the central Indiana countryside in search of our "dream home." After several weeks of exhaustive search, we found the perfect match. In my previous line of work, I have worked with numerous realtors as I moved from state to state. Dave actually found us this home while my husband worked for Gm in Fort Wayne. The house was great, in our price range...and when my husband retired in June... we looked Dave back up to sell it so my husband could come back to Wisconsin. Dave is friendly, outgoing and knows the market very well!!!! He kept us posted from day one til we sold it on the foot traffic going through our house. He sold it pretty quick too. When the house was ready David put it on the market. It sold within three days and because of multiple bidders we received more than list price!
