My wife and I bought our first home with team vierling and they made it as great of an experience as it could possibly be. I was very worried about the process getting started hearing just horror stories from everyone I spoke to about home buying and they took all of that stress away. They both are very thorough and knowledgeable about the entire process. Every question we had not only had an answer but a fast answer. When it came to the paper work portion they went above and beyond, they explained every single document and the reasons for it which was incredibly helpful. They kept us updated every step of the way and provided professional guidance while letting us still be in control, we were always given options for every decision that needed made. I cannot recommend them enough to anybody who is ready to purchase a home whether it be for the first time or anytime they will take good care of you. It was an absolute pleasure having them represent us and I look forward to hopefully do it again later in life, thank you again Karl and Jen!
