The extra things he does to sell make a huge difference. 5 star service all the way around. We have used him to help us buy or sell 5 times, and he's helped two of our family members. He was successful on both points, which led to a full price offer within 9 days of listing! With so many homes on the market at various price points, he distinguished himself from other realtors by not pricing our home for a quick sale but appropriately pricing for the right buyer who would appreciate the over $100K in upgrades we had put into our home and then effectively communicating this information!
