Susan is a professional, she has excellent knowledge of the market, and is honest. In my experience working with her she was quick to respond and cooperative with my budgeting and location. She would use her experience to keep an eye out on things that were red flags in houses that would cause a problem in closing or become an issue later. She was knowledgeable in several areas that I was looking knowing the different inspectors for the areas and usual hangups for occupancy permits as well as common issues with certain electrical panels for example. If she did not know the answer to a question I had of the top of her head, she would research it and have a response usually later that same day. She is an exemplary real estate agent, and my choice going forward in search of properties. As a first time home buyer Susan is an easy choice she is patient and knowledgeable and responsive.

I’ve only had one interaction with real estate before I met Angie and that was buying this house. I thought the last realtor was great, but when you have no baseline for what’s good and what’s great it’s easy to impress. Angie was far and away much easier to work with and now I have a new expectation of what it takes to be great.
