Diane is off the charts amazing! She has tremendous energy and out standing problem solving skills! We had to sell a family members house that was full of decades of stuff. It was dated and in need of repairs. Diane was able to facilitate getting the house emptied, items donated, repairs and updates done. Then had deep cleaned, staged and the yard cleaned up. Her listing marketing strategy was spot on! We ended up with multiple offers and sold for 50k more than it had appraised at! Diane is positive, pleasant and a true professional! If you need to sell, put Diane on your team and you’ll be writing her next review and recommending her to everyone!

It's been about a year since Brenda started to help me purchase condos. As of now, she has assisted me with TWO condos' PURCHASING and ONE condo's RENTING. As both a first time buyer and landlord, I couldn't have done any of these without Brenda's help. She literally took care all the details and taught me a lot of knowledge. Could you imagine any agent who would go so far as to advise and guide you on furniture choice, home upgrade etc.? She has always been extremely patient, polite, and to top it off, professional. An excellent agent to recommend!
