Dawn Froberg impressed us by giving us what we felt was better advice than the other Realtors with whom we spoke. She had good advice about pricing and current market conditions throughout the time it took to sell our home. She was always helpful and encouraging. She utilized every outlet to advertise the house, and even used new QR code technology to make property information available to drive-bys. She networked with other Realtors to promote the house.

Dawn promptly responded to every email and phone call we made. She had suggestions and recommendations and was very pragmatic with the mature judgement that comes from many years of experience in real estate. She helped us negotiate with buyers and respond to their demands.

Dawn Froberg helped us sell our house in ways that go beyond the norm. We were out of the country when a storm broke our patio door. Dawn cleaned up the broken glass and met a repairman multiple times. A week before closing Dawn was checking on the house during a frigid weather blast and discovered the furnace had gone out. She found a repairman and checked back several times to see that everything was functioning.

We are very satisfied. Dawn Froberg did a fantastic job. No one could have done better. In the end, we got a better price for our home than the other Realtors said we would get. We feel great about the whole experience.

We are tenants living in a home that was sold, Jairo was the middle man and made the whole transition process between owners effortless. Thanks again for taking the time to accomodate us as the tenants and relieving the stress that comes with strangers entering the home.
