Chicky was great. She held my hand through out the whole process, she was easy to talk to and gave straight forward answers when asked. I've worked with previous brokers and I will say they were discouraging and I took a step back from home buying, but with Chicky she's great she has such a positive attitude and so encouraging and attentive. She is truly a genuine individual who wants what's best for her clients. I would definitely recomend her. Chicky did great responding to text messages right away

"Chicky Johnson went above and beyond for my Fiancé and I. I messaged her in early July that we would need a home by August, and she got back to me same day ready to start! She connected us with our lender and our lawyer and made the transition so seamless. When working with Chicky, we felt we could truly trust her and she had our best interests as a priority. She was there every step of the way. Her patience, professionalism, and dedication made it so easy to work with her. She even took the time to speak with my parents and guide them through what the market looked like in 2022 versus 2007 (when they last bought a home) for their daughters first home today. I will recommend Chicky's service to everyone and anyone looking to buy their first home or their hundredth home. I cannot praise her enough for everything she did for us. Chicky is a genuine individual that anyone would be blessed to have her as a part of their home buying team."

Ann Baker was more helpful and amazing than we could have ever hoped for. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, and made a potentially very stressful decision in our lives into one that was smooth and exciting. She brought with her recommendations for a home inspector, lawyer, and mortgage broker, all of which were also fantastic. The market is so crazy and fast-paced right now, and Ann made us feel so valued and that we were her main priority, even though I am sure she also has a lot of other families she was also helping. If we wanted to see a home an hour after it was put on the market, Ann made it happen. She was very flexible in rearranging and quick to get showings set up for us. She really learned what we were looking for in a home and made sure to find homes that had those qualities. She is incredibly hard working, caring, and knowledgeable, and anyone who gets the chance to work with her will immediately see that. There is no way we would have gotten our beautiful home without the help and advice of Ann, or without her working so quickly and diligently to help us. Thank you Ann!
