I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.

Jolyn Was incredible she managed everything about the sale. I was out of the country for the entire event. She meet with the debris removal people, the cleaning service and went beyond the call of duty to help me keep the process going. The property was a fixer upper and she had a lot of contacts to get it sold. She got more than the asking price. I was extremely happy with the experience
