It was truly a pleasure working with Andretta. She answered every question that arose and she was diligent with her response. She assisted me with the sale of my property from the beginning to the end. I would definitely refer Andretta to all of my family and friends whether they're making a purchase or selling their property. Andretta is very professional and personable.

Andretta helped us find the home that we were selling this time around 8 years ago. Because she delivered excellent service the first time, we didn't hesitate to call her up again for the sale of our home and to help us find our new home. Andretta was so patient with us. She developed a keen eye for what we wanted in a new home very quickly and was so knowledgeable about the areas, the surrounding home values and, most importantly, the right price to sell our home and the right price to offer on the new home. She was spot on. In fact, we ended up getting more for our home than we originally requested because of Andretta's superb negotiation skills. She has a reputation of being one of the best realtors around; and because of that there are so many realtors and mortgage lenders who want to work with her. It made the process very easy for us. She delivered everything she said she would. We completely trusted her and are so happy that we did. We are now settled in our new home and are happy knowing that we made the right decisions regarding the home we left and our new home. Thank you so much Andretta for your hard work!! I would recommend Andretta to any person who is looking to either sell their home or purchase a new one. 100%. Job well done!
