Andretta helped us find the home that we were selling this time around 8 years ago. Because she delivered excellent service the first time, we didn't hesitate to call her up again for the sale of our home and to help us find our new home. Andretta was so patient with us. She developed a keen eye for what we wanted in a new home very quickly and was so knowledgeable about the areas, the surrounding home values and, most importantly, the right price to sell our home and the right price to offer on the new home. She was spot on. In fact, we ended up getting more for our home than we originally requested because of Andretta's superb negotiation skills. She has a reputation of being one of the best realtors around; and because of that there are so many realtors and mortgage lenders who want to work with her. It made the process very easy for us. She delivered everything she said she would. We completely trusted her and are so happy that we did.
