We unfortunately, went with another agent that appears to have a great deal of advertising around town. However, the "team" effort that was pitched to us was merely being assigned to a team member whose idea of strategy was to provide the comments from the prospective buyers. With all those team members, the communication was non existent unless we were receiving the comments from showings or if we initiated the communication. After 7 mos of listing, we did not even get a message to acknowledge any gratitude for giving their team a chance or disappointment that we were going with someone else. Karina was a very consistent and effective communicator. Her knowledge of the current real estate market helped us set our home price exactly where it should be. She came through the house and gave us tons of ideas to help the house show better and was in contact even when there weren't showings.
