We unfortunately, went with another agent that appears to have a great deal of advertising around town. However, the "team" effort that was pitched to us was merely being assigned to a team member whose idea of strategy was to provide the comments from the prospective buyers. With all those team members, the communication was non existent unless we were receiving the comments from showings or if we initiated the communication.
