Great service and advice

Carol did a great market evaluation and was able to come up with a great plan to market the property. The property sold quickly and at the price we wanted. We would use her again if we were in the market. She was the sellers agent, but I would not hesitate to make her a buyers agent as well.

Professional and Detailed

Carol was very professional and helpful. She helped with every step of the selling process. We were selling my father's home, and she was very supportive and understanding. Her wide range of knowledge was very helpful, from the estate sale to the minor home improvements, the multitude of forms and the staging of the house. The sold within weeks and she was there helping us throughout the process. Carol was always there to help; she even helped when we needed to get a contractor in the house. I would recommend Carol 110%!

She definitely knows the area.

Saddlebrook Farms is a different type of sale and she knew the area. Carol knew all of the ins and outs of what is needed. She held many open houses and kept us informed every step of the way. She was always answering our many questions. We will recommend her to any neighbors thinking of selling.
