As a single mother, finding an affordable home for my child and me was a dream I had been struggling to achieve for two long years. I worked with different agents, but I couldn’t find someone who truly understood my needs until I met Oliva Escutia. From the very beginning, Oliva showed genuine care, patience, and dedication. She was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and helped me find a beautiful, affordable, move-in-ready home that was perfect for my family. What made Oliva truly special was that she was by my side through every step of the transaction. She answered my questions, guided me through the process, and constantly gave me the support and encouragement I needed, especially when things felt overwhelming. After two years of searching, Oliva helped make what once seemed impossible a reality. I am now a proud homeowner, and my child and I have a place to call our own! I am forever grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and commitment. I wholeheartedly recommend Oliva Escutia to anyone looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to help them achieve their dreams!

I loved working with Maurice! Buying a house can be stressful and he helped out a lot with keeping it as least stressful as possible. He did a great job communicating with me on my wants and needs and was honest with me about the housing market and steps to take toward a house. Always made sure that I was happy with where things were headed with the house I bought. I would recommend him to anybody! All around great person and worker!
