My brother and I (who do not live in the area) were tasked with helping my mother move to assisted living and selling her condo in Wilshire Green in Indian Head Park in late 2024. Sharon is a fantastic networker and her card, literally fell into my lap. She has been like a guardian angel helping us through the process of cleaning out, showing, negotiating, contracting, working with the attorneys, and ultimately smoothly closing. Lucy Mierop and her team of professionals are as top-notch as you could ask for. We put our house on the market at the beginning of the holiday season and didn't expect too much. They held open houses and marketed. After the holidays were over we received offers, and Lucy worked her magic and we closed for well over list price. We'd already moved to our new home in a new country, and Lucy managed the closing process and very generously took care of numerous loose ends for us since we couldn't be there in person.
