Moving from Texas to Illinois was stressful on many levels. When Joy reached out to us before we left, my husband and I immediately felt reassured she was on a mission to help us. When we arrived, we were on a very tight time crunch to find a house. Joy understood immediately that Clark and I each knew what we wanted in a house, but it was unfortunately going to be a little difficult to find us a house to satisfy us both. She worked so hard to get us in our home in the time frame we needed and went to battle for us to get the VA loan officers to work with us to make our home purchase happen!!
