Kevin's experience in this area is deep. He remembered me and answered my phone call by name, when I had last worked with him ten years ago. He guided my family and me through our first house sale ever (Mom had lived in her house for 66 years). The house was old and a bit of a challenge to deal with, but patience and a lot of showings finally found the right buyer. We can warmly recommend Kevin Burke.

Let me start by saying that I have a unique work schedule and La'Deana was able to communicate with me without any issues. La'Deana really adapted to my availability and was able to get ahold of me whether it was during work hours and even late at night after my work shift was complete. La'Deana also kept me in the loop of things in regards to conversations with the listing agent as well as pertinent conversations with both attorneys. In working with La'Deana we were able to quickly identify a home in a great area and she successfully negotiated savings for myself once at the closing table. This was my 6th transaction with La'Deana and I'm ecstatic that we were quickly able to get my "forever home" in a market with minimal inventory!!!

Communication was great. She was in top of everything.
