What’s great about Jimmy, is he fully explains why he will take a certain position when negotiating and made us feel very comfortable with the price we ended up offering. Once we bid on the house, it took a few months to officially close as it was new construction. But during this time, as we were excited and wanted to visit the house on a few occasions to show family and take measurements, Jimmy willingly took us for these visits out of his own time. There was no obligation for Jimmy to do this, but he really stays with his clients until the very end. The closing went so smoothly, and we are thrilled with the purchase.
