Alex and his team were awesome to work with. They were representing the seller, and it could not win any smoother. I’m closing day. They noticed something that was wrong with the AC and got an inspector out there and make sure my client was home. Awesome work guys looking forward to working with you guys again.

My mom had passed away and we had to sell the family home; which was a 3-flat. It was a very difficult thing for us to have to do. I was hoping to find an agent that would be understanding of that, but also be very knowledgeable and professional - and be able to guide us in the right direction. That agent was Sophie Bachula! Sophie coordinated the viewing very effectively, which led us to a quick sale. Her many years of experience and dedication made the whole process go smoothly. She was easy to talk to and would explain everything to us along the way. We are very grateful to Sophie for this excellent experience and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a broker. Thank you Sophie! You are the BEST!

Katie seems to instinctively know when there might be stress brewing and would always send a "don't worry, I got you" text right when I needed it most. Those exhales were priceless. And the best part is that they weren't just words. She was so efficient and so fun to do a deal with. And if you like to laugh, omg!! This woman will keep it coming. Not to mention, at the end of it all, when I went back to my new townhouse to just take it all in, the most incredible surprise was waiting. Speechless! It's no wonder she's kickin ass and taking names. But you'd never know it, she will make you feel like you're her only client! You'll see! Highly highly highly recommend Katie O'Brien for any and all of your realtor needs.

Jay was exceptional as our realtor. He helped us navigate the learning curve as new buyers, stuck with us in an incredibly competitive Chicago market, and ultimately got us a great deal on our condo. He's trustworthy and without a doubt we'll work with him again in our next move.
