Esmeralda was extremely responsive and professional. She assisted me with the sale of a family home in Chicago. Not only did she help me get the price I was hoping for, but she assisted every step of the way. This was very helpful to me as I live out of state. The sale happened in December and heavy snowfall hit while we were in the final stages of the process. Esmeralda went to the house and shoveled the snow around the property so the buyer could have easy access during the inspection. This was a task she did on her own which showed me how committed she was to the sale. I highly recommend Esmerelda. She delivers!

Arthur communicates really well. He always responded in a timely fashion. We had some issues with a storm causing roof damage in the middle of negotiations but Arthur was reassuring and supportive. He was a good advocate.

I can't say enough good things about Stephne. She was knowledgeable, professional, kind, attentive and responsive. She was genuinely interested and eager to get our house sold...and not because of what some may think is the obvious reason (i.e., getting a commission) but because she knew how much getting the house sold meant to me and my sister (it was our childhood home and had been in our family over 50 years) . She was always available to answer questions and provide advice, as well as open to any ideas we had. My sister and I would definitely recommend Stephne to anyone looking for a great real estate agent!
