I was appointed Executor of my aunt's estate. My aunt owned a brick 3 flat building. After a diligent search of local real estate agents, I found Sheila Messer. I was impressed with her prior sales. She is organized, does the necessary research, is easy to reach always returning my phone calls, gives sound advice and guidance and allows the seller to freely express their ideas and expectations. In addition, she is a nice person who is easy to get along with. She is a superb real estate agent.
