I was appointed Executor of my aunt's estate. My aunt owned a brick 3 flat building. After a diligent search of local real estate agents, I found Sheila Messer. I was impressed with her prior sales. The first time I met her, I knew I had the right choice. After touring the property, she presented me with a detailed analysis of the building's value based upon the comparable prices of similar properties sold in the area. We agreed upon a list price based on her research. She arranged for a professional photographer to photograph the interior and exterior of the property. I am convinced the photographs on the listing website greatly spurred interest in the property. After more than 40 showings over a 3 day period, 10 offers were received. I accepted an offer over the listing price. Ms. Messer did all of the work to make the sale a seamless process. She is a consummate professional.
