We had been looking for a house (or vacant lot) to tear down and build a new SFH for about 6 months with no luck. Enter Jarrett, and all of that changed. Even with a pretty tight budget to work with, he found us a home on an extra wide lot in one of our ideal locations. After locating the home, Jarrett helped us negotiate a price well below list, and was with us every step of the way through the closing process. We cannot recommend Jarrett more highly.
