We cannot say enough good things about working with Jarrett Svendsen! A friend recommended I contact Jarrett for help purchasing our first home. While the process seemed incredibly intimating at first, Jarrett made the experience stress free. He was there for us through every step of the way, from sitting down and explaining what to expect before we started the search, to finding/looking at homes with us, negotiating price, getting approved for a mortgage, hiring an attorney, etc. Jarrett was incredibly knowledgeable of the areas of Chicago we were interested in and found us our dream condo in a great location within weeks of our first meeting. We are so happy that we chose to work with Jarrett!
