I would like to share my thoughts on Jarrett Svendsen, our realtor. From the first day my wife and I met him he was a delight to work with. We were selling our home of 43 years and relocating to a different state. As you can imagine, a very stressful situation with today’s market and the move itself. Jarrett had a very calm and reassuring way of putting us at ease, while also being aware of our wishes and what our needs were. Any questions that arose, he answered promptly and with great knowledge. He guided us through the process very smoothly and efficiently, and I would recommend him to the highest degree for anyone in need of these services.

Jarrett was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with! We relocated from out of town and he spent time in advance of our house buying visit talking through options on the phone and really listening to what we were looking for. He gave recommendations and also shared pros and cons with us on houses we brought forward. When we came in for the weekend to house shop, he showed us 12 houses in one day as well as showing us the various suburbs we were looking at. He was knowledgeable about all the communities. He helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond as we relocated. I cannot say enough about the great experience we had with Jarrett.

Jarrett takes great care of his customers. He was really patient in helping me understand the buying process and always had very helpful answers. He was always available when I needed him, prompt with his work, and successful in helping us find our dream property.

Jarrett was fantastic to work with. He is extremely smart, friendly, and was available whenever we needed him. Most importantly, Jarrett helped make what we thought might never happen, happen. We had been looking for a house (or vacant lot) to tear down and build a new SFH for about 6 months with no luck. Enter Jarrett, and all of that changed. Even with a pretty tight budget to work with, he found us a home on an extra wide lot in one of our ideal locations. After locating the home, Jarrett helped us negotiate a price well below list, and was with us every step of the way through the closing process. We cannot recommend Jarrett more highly.

Jarrett just recently helped my husband and I find and buy our first house. I can't express how wonderful he was to work with. He is an incredibly knowledgable and experienced agent that took the time to fully understand our needs and wants. He always responded very quickly and we felt that he had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. I would give Jarrett 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

Jarrett is everything we needed in a real estate professional. He found us an off-market "unicorn" property in record time, and it fit our needs in every way. He worked hard to make sure the deal closed despite many bumps in the road. At every turn, Jarrett proved himself to be extremely knowledgable, personable, and professional. And on rare moments he didn't have an answer, he quickly went to work finding one for us. Our home purchase process was a long and atypical journey, and Jarrett handled every step like a pro. He was exceptionally responsive and accessible, and communicated well with my wife and myself. He quarterbacked our deal by working closely with the sellers' agent, the attorneys, the inspector, and our lender to make sure everything went smoothly for us. He negotiated a great deal for us and all parties walked away from the closing table happy! We highly recommend Jarrett and appreciate his services!

Jarrett was AMAZING to work with! He was extremely knowledgable about the area and a wealth of information. He made himself available every time we wanted to see another property and worked with us up to and after our closing. Very knowledgeable about the area, his specialty is helping new couples that are venturing into the suburbs. Always quick to respond to any questions (even late at night). Has a large team at his disposal in case you don't have "a guy for xxx".

Wow, what a great guy, classy individual, who meets you where you are and pays attention to you as you strive to figure out what your needs really are! My wife and I are totally impressed with Jarrett's patience, calm demeanor, sense of humor and businesslike approach. He's not the first agent we've worked with in our 65 years, but we can say he's the BEST! Perhaps it's his background as a teacher that helps him ask the right question, at just the right time! We had some very specific needs and a lot of uncertainties...Every time I felt dismayed that a property that had initially seemed great actually wasn't right for us, Jarrett sincerely stated that it helped us narrow down the choices. And then, he did his homework and brought us new possibilities that showed he'd heard us! I hope Jarrett's sincerity and integrity come thru to you as they do for us! My wife and I were returning to the Western suburbs after 8 years in Wisconsin. Trying to sell a rather unique WI home was frustrating, but once it happened, all the homes we'd seen with Jarrett helped him find our dream! And the day of the closing, he really went the extra mile to smooth out a few bumps in the mortgage process. I can't imagine seeking a home with Jarrett's help would ever be disappointed in the effort he puts forth to make you happy!
