David's knowledge, expertise, and availability is TOP NOTCH!!! David is quite engaging and knowleagable about the home buying process;what to expect and how to navigate through it. David addressed all of my questions and concerns with knowledge and reassurance! If it was not within his expertise he would immediately put me into contact with someone who could help and he stayed with me as we spoke to the folks; David asked them questions that I would not have known to ask. Everyone knows that the home buying process can be stressful!! But David knows how to handle that too!! He is s straight forward problem solver! A competent and kind human being. David is proof that folks like this really do still exist! The only other thing he could do is use any extra time he may have to coach humankind on how to provide the same level of care and deligence he offers. David did an amazing job assisting us with the purchase of our new home. (roof, foundation, windows, etc.) David was always available if we had any questions or concerns, and he checked in on us regularly. David is a person who cares about his clients not the sale.
