She also helped us understand what we needed to do repair/cosmetically to achieve our goal price & time. She was also an expert at exploring our options (sell VS. rent) with the our goals in mind. Alexa also came in and took inviting new pictures and added a few staging touches to make it look that more inviting. Best of all we were happy with the price we sold it for and AMAZED at how quickly she negotiated a deal for us. First showing listed with Alexa and we had a contract.
