I was in rehab for a lot of the time while the house was for sale. Carmen brought all necessary paper work to me while I was in rehab. Carmen took extra time to explain all the details of the contract. She also went beyond the scope of her job for me and always kept me aware of what was going on. Carmen referred me to an attorney who handled my sale, as I could not be at the closing. The sale went smooothly and we closed swiftly. I would not hesitate to hire Carmen again, or refer her to sell anyone's home.

She promptly informed me of the property listings and helped me schedule viewings. Even when the seller's agent was unhelpful, she was able to resolve the issues quickly. Although we had a language barrier, it didn't hinder our successful collaboration.
