Gail was the most pleasant woman. Her marketing knowledge was impeccable. She explained everything to us in terms we were able to understand easily. She was SO accommodating. I was recovering from a heart attack, and she made every attempt possible, and succeeded to make the experience smooth for me. Came to me instead of me going to her, dealt with things that I would have done on my own if I wasn't in recovery. The BEST of the best, hands down.

We have used Kari both as sellers and buyers. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, very responsive to questions and concerns, and extremely pleasant to work with. I have no hesitations recommending Kari.
