Melissa has a very direct communication style that worked well with mine and my wife's personalities. She was active in setting expectations from the get go. She provided a realistic approach to the entire selling process which helped put us at ease. She provided a grounded professional advice during some of the risky or unanticipated situations which was greatly beneficial. Selling a house can be one of the most stressful parts of a person's life and Melissa was there to provide sound judgement and was flexible to answer any questions we had. She was there with us through the whole thing and it was greatly appreciated. Very pleased.
