I have been looking for a home in Rushville for many months Courtney invited me a new home buyer information meeting where she and Lance taught everyone there about the process. Including inspections. Courtney showed me many houses a few I turned and walked out of knowing immediately I wasn't interested. She was patient as I got frustrated by being out bid or a foreclosure that the bank was being what I feel was unreasonable. I FINALLY found the perfect one.!!!! Then Courtney remained patient as I asked a bazillion questions and catastrophized about it somehow falling through. It did not...and now I have the pretty new home. Thank you Courtney!!! I don't think I'd have made it through all the anxiety if it weren't for you.... I almost forgot!!! After closing she came to the house to take pictures....and gave me a house warming basked with moss roses, lovely smelling candle chosen by her precious little, and a car essential oil diffuser.
