Dana helped my cousin purchase his home, so when it was my turn, I knew exactly who I wanted to work with! She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, was always available when I had questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I’m so grateful she helped both of us find our homes. I highly recommend Dana!

From the very first meeting, she acted as a clear, neutral voice for all of us, keeping communication transparent and ensuring my sister's and I felt heard and respected. Dana seamlessly handled the unique complexities of an estate sale—offering great advice on preparing the house, setting a competitive listing price, and managing negotiations effortlessly.
