Max has Benin the business for a very long time and it showed in terms of his *calm* professionalism (the closing process was a nightmare for reasons I won't go into but I deliberately did not attend the closing in case I did something rash). He was a low key communicator who always guided me courteously to the correct decision, particularly at the beginning of the selling process, when I was not getting any visits to the website, much less any showings.
