Within 48 hours of going on the market, we had 2 full price offers. The inspection revealed an issue and he was on it right away, getting 2 companies in to give quotes and coordinated the repairs. Again, we were kept fully informed and despite our property not being a big moneymaker for him, he helped us like we were the most important clients in the world. Even at the last minute a small issue came up, but Jacek dropped everything to make sure all was well.
