This was my first time selling a house and Dawn was always available and immediately responsive to educating me through the entire process. My situation was unique in that it also required Dawn to work with lawyers and the individual I was selling the house with. She acted as my advocate when the situation became increasingly challenging and never gave up or backed down when things became difficult. Despite everything, she was able to sell my house literally in a few months allowing me to move on with the next phase of my life much quicker than I imagined, which I believe would not have happened if Dawn was not my realtor. She was by my side through every step of this rather emotionally challenging process and always confirmed with me my needs and wishes before we made a decision together. Dawn is a person of integrity and puts her clients first. If you need someone to be by your side and give you sound advice while selling your house in a timely manner, Dawn should be your realtor of choice.

Susan was awesome to work with. She gave us more than enough of her time and proved to be an expert Realtor. Susan focused on getting us exactly what we wanted while staying well within our budget. We really enjoyed spending time with her during this stressful process and will certainly use her services again if / when the time comes.
